When trying to open TopSolid and you receive the errors as shown below. Follow the steps as documented below.

This is a windows issue not a licence issue


 


 


 

Step one:

Open and run the command line as Administrator

In the line enter “NETSH WINSOCK RESET”


 

Step Two:

Run windows updates and install all important updates

Should no updates be found run the update again.


 

Once all the updates have been installed and step one is completed restart the computer.


 

TopSolid should now run as normal.
